Magnetic Mats available from WJB Engineering
WJB Engineering has recently developed a highly magnetic mat for a large Australian company, designed for reducing metal contamination entering sensitive areas such as production floors in the food industry.
The magnetic mat comprises of 2 separate parts, 1 being the magnetic component and the other being a special hard wearing specially designed mat for the top of the magnet part.
The magnetic mat is set up so that there is minimal height difference from the floor so that trip hazards are not present.
Along with magnetic mats, WJB Engineering also supplies special magnetic boot brushes for entries to production areas for reduction of metal contamination risks occurring from metal fragments falling from shoes into food products from walkways over conveyed product etc.
