WJB Engineering provides high grade, 10,000 Gauss grate magnets designed to efficiently extract metal fragments from food products, grain and ingredients.
MAGNATTACK™ Grate magnets provide a high level of protection as products can be fine combed through the grate magnet and metal fragments collected on the 'under-side' of the grate magnet bars out of the way of the product flow providing excellent retention of magnetic fragments.
MAGNATTACK™ grate magnets can be manufactured in either stainless steel flanged housing, with or without adaptors or plain grate magnets for installation into existing machinery or hoppers etc. WJB Engineering also manufactures non standard size grate magnets for specialized applications.
MAGNATTACK™ Grate magnets can also be fitted with a specially designed and proven oscillation device to assist throughput in difficult to flow situations where assistance is needed to get product through the grate magnet without blockage.
