Solving the problem of storage after blending and prior to pack-off, is AFPM’s Storage Transfer system, which includes.

Interchangeable storage bins, ready to fit under a blender and filled with product.

A storage bin & valve, to fit within a pallet space for storage until required.

Easily location of the storage bin on the transfer unit.

A valve which opens to allow product to the transfer auger.
- Multiple bins to allow blended product to be packed off to free up blenders for other products.
Products received in bulk-bags or drums can be emptied into storage bins for ease of handling.
Cleaning of AFPM’s Storage Transfer system is made easy by pivoting the auger (via air cylinders), for removal and cleaning. When cleaned it is lifted and locked in place ready for use.
Combined with an AFPM Powder Filler, the Storage Transfer system provides an ideal stand alone powder filling system for packs up to 25kg.
