AFPM's New Series 2100 Replaces Series 2000
With benefits selected from over 100 auger applications Australian Filling & Packaging Machines new Series 2100 is most suited to both semi and fully automatic applications and offers many improvements on the older 2000 series.
Software features including memory storage, auto-tare, check-weigh feed back, optional filling methods, auto transfer plus other options have been selected from successful applications over the past 16 years.
According to AFPM's Paul Herbison, "Working with our existing customer base to develop productive features, has been a 4 year project allowing new customers to achieve maximum productivity within a minimum time frame."
"Some applications have reduced existing automated fill times by 50%. Other applications have cut manual filling times by up to 90% and reduced overfill."
Filling applications have included fine pharmaceutical powders, beans, pastes and fragile granular products.
Now distributed by Impac Machinery in New Zealand and Fallsdell in NSW, customers have a wide support base backed by high quality components used in AFPM's Series 2100.
