Australian Dust Control has recently released a unique money saving attachment to all dust collectors, or both new & existing systems. This special component is a VSD (variable speed drive), which forms part of the switchboard on the dust collector. It also comprises a devise that automatically presets the suction levels at all suctions points within the dust collector system, resulting in huge cost savings on power bills. These savings can amount to over 50% of the total running cost for the dust collector. Australian Dust Control can advise customers on how to adapt this VSD to their dust collector.
