Automatic Carton Sealer for Cargill’s Vegetable Oils
Budpak recently supplied an automatic carton sealer as part of a turnkey liquid filling and packaging system for Cargill’s Kooragang Island plant in Newcastle.
The automatic carton sealer is a hot melt glue model and caters for various carton sizes by the use of adjustable crank handles to allow operators to re-configure the carton sealer quickly and easily.
The DNC model D35NC-H1 Automatic Carton Sealer is complete with Melton glue system and interlocked safety guarding. The automatic carton sealer applies hot-melt glue to front and rear flaps for top glueing and to side flaps for bottom glueing with automatic flap folding once hot-melt glue has been applied. Cartons come out of the sealer completely sealed.
