Original MECO Dry Running Shaft Seals

Bag Heat Sealer for Animal Feeds Blender

Budpak’s Newcastle branch recently commissioned an impulse bag heat sealer along with other bag filling equipment for Bathurst Specialty Blending in rural NSW. The impulse bag heat sealer is used for heat sealing PE bags of animal nutritional mixes after they are filled on a Budpak net weigher.

The Newlong impulse bag sealer comes complete with single element sealing device, foot-pedal switch, adjustable sealing time, height adjustable bag table and two castors. Maximum bag heat sealing width is 600mm with a 5mm seal width.

This bagging equipment line is designed for manual operation and needs an operator to position the bags under the discharge chute for filling. After the bag is dropped, the operator presses the foot pedal of the Newlong impulse bag heat sealer to securely seal the bags.

An Accupak 8000 net weight bag filler with twin vibratory feeders is used to accurately pre-weigh the product in an overhead weigh hopper. All contact surfaces of the bagging equipment are 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance with product being filled into various bag sizes from 1 to 5 kg capacity at a speed of 3-5 bags per minute.

Budpak is one of Australia’s most recognised manufacturers of turnkey bagging equipment and has hundreds of installations of bag fillers, robot palletisers and stretch wrapping installations in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific.
