Bag Opening Suction Cup
The U15-3 Suction Cup is designed mainly for opening bags of thick material. The bag thickness is a critical factor when opening bags and this is one of the challenges that the consumer/food manufacturers experience.
Packing food, liquids, dairy products, snacks, sweets, etc., in bags and pouches is becoming more common. To meet the market demands, a new bag-opening suction cup has been developed, U15-3.
Thick bag materials tend to get wrinkled during the opening process. The U15-3 is designed with a reinforced lip that ensures even opening without wrinkles.
The silicone material complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, so it is suitable for food contact and can be used in Food, Liquids, Dairy products, Snacks, Sweets, Frozen food etc. applications. The wide temperature range (-60°C to +200°C) means cups can be placed where they are needed the most.
The Secure grip that the U15-3 provides gives the customer the benefit of a higher production rate, minimum waste and less time spent on cleaning inside and outside the machine.
