Bench Scales Released by Accuweigh

The latest model Avery Bench Scales were recently introduced into Australia and are now available from Accuweigh branches in all states.

The Avery AWB-120 bench scale is a robust, general purpose industrial scale suited for use in a wide variety of weighing applications.

Retaining Avery’s legendary quality and durability, the AWB bench scale is easily identified by the huge 52mm high digits used in the Liquid Crystal Display mounted on a quality stainless steel pole for durability. This bench scale’s display can be tilted over a wide range and is fitted with configurable backlighting to ensure the operator can attain clear weight readings under all lighting conditions.

The Avery AWB-120 bench scales can also perform basic checkweighing and totalising tasks and are highly suited to use in shipping, despatch and dry food weighing applications. Powered by an external plug-pack, but also fitted with an internal re-chargeable battery ensures this bench scale’s suitability for mobile weighing duties, such as when trolley mounted for warehouse duties.

The die cast aluminium base of the Avery bench scale offers great strength without the extra weight of cast iron or fabricated steel bases used in cheaper opposition brands. A stainless steel shroud covering the weighing platform is extremely hard-wearing but easy to clean.
