Robot Palletizer Eliminates Manual Stacking of Bentonite

Budpak recently sold a robot palletizer for stacking filled bags of sodium bentonite to Arumpo Bentonite based in Mildura. The Fuji-Ace EC-61 robot palletizer will be fitted with a dust jacket for palletising 300 x 25kg bags of bentonite per hour.

Additional light curtains and controls will be installed between the robot palletizer and pallet location guides to allow the fork lift operator to safely remove a loaded pallet from one side of the palletising robot while the robot continues to stack a pallet on its other side.

Also included in the robot palletizer supply are a Bag Pick-Up Conveyor, Pallet Location Guides, Safety Fencing and Controls.
