Colby Acquires Hisen Range of Products
Colby Powder Systems Pty Ltd, supplier of high quality powder handling and packaging systems, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Hisen range of samplers and accessories.
From July 1st 2008 Colby will take over the manufacturing as well as sales, marketing and distribution activities of Hisen which will now be centred in Colby’s offices in Blackburn, Victoria.
Hisen samplers will further strengthen Colby’s already wide offering of products into the powder handling and processing sector of the international Food and Dairy markets. It will also enable Colby to diversify into Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and other markets.
Colby is part of the Process Engineering Division of the multinational GEA Group, which has its head office in Bochum, Germany.
