Compact Vacuum Conveyor
The C2100-64, or “Compact” Vacuum Conveyor is engineered to be small yet powerful. It quietly and hygienically conveys powder and bulk materials in production areas of confined space or buildings with very low ceilings. Powered by COAX® technology, the C2100-64 is able to transport up to 1.0-1.5 tons/hour of powders or granular material.
The C2100-64 conveyor is an energy-efficient solution for conveying in small spaces. It has a low build height and features COAX® multistage ejector technology, so it consumes less air and energy than any other compressed-air-driven conveyor currently available. The design of the conveyor improves the vacuum-assisted flow by 25% without affecting energy consumption. Constructed of stainless steel AISI 316L (EN 1.4404), PIAB’s C2100-64 conveyor is designed to withstand the most demanding manufacturing environment. The conveyor operates at feed pressures between 0.4-0.6, MPa and at working temperature between 0 and 60° C
The C2100-64 is a modular turnkey Vacuum conveyor making it easy to customize to each individual application and provides a simple, uncomplicated installation and start up. Like all PIAB Vacuum Conveyors it helps reduce manual handling and being a closed system makes for a dust free environment.
