Filtaire Duct Collection System for Alpine MDF

Filtaire Products Pty Ltd recently supplied, manufactured and installed a duct collection system for Alpine MDF extracting MDF dust from the sanding line and paint line.

The equipment supplied was a large Reverse Pulse Dust Collector capable of handling 20,000 cfm (34,000 m3/hr), all connecting ducting and hoods, main extraction fan, motor and discharge silencer, with the collected material fed back into a pneumatic conveying line also recently installed and commissioned by Filtaire Products.
