Form Fill Seal Machine for Bagging Oats
Accuweigh/Budpak’s Melbourne branch is currently supplying a large bag form fill seal machine (VFFS) to a Victorian oat mill. The form fill seal machine will be filling instant and rolled oats into 10kg & 25kg gusseted PE bags.
The ESSE GI large bag VFFS form fill seal machine will receive the pre-weighed oats from an integrated net weigher mounted overhead and then automatically forms the bags from a 1200mm wide roll of film.
This form fill seal machine will also be fitted with a device to press the light density oats into the formed bag which is then sealed closed before being released onto a bag flattener ready to be palletised.
One of the standout features of the F1200 large bag form fill seal machines is the hydraulic film reel lifting device that automatically lowers the empty film reel to ground level and automatically lifts and locks the new heavy film reel into operating position without requiring any manual effort or external lifting devices.
