Matcon Limited, parent company of Matcon Pacific Pty Ltd, recently welcomed their global sales team and network of agents to a training conference at their new Global Headquarters in Evesham, Worcestershire, UK.
A growing realisation within the business that Matcon systems are ideally suited to helping their customers become ‘lean’ and more efficient in their manufacturing operations, has resulted in an unprecedented amount of product development within Matcon. This includes the introduction of new concepts, which are simple technically, but do require detailed descriptions and discussions at application level.
From a local perspective, it is essential that the Matcon Pacific sales team and agents are kept fully up-to-date with the very latest information and are confident in communicating the correct message and knowledge to their existing and potential customers.
The two day conference was attended by over 30 executives from all major continents around the world. The agenda was comprehensive and included interactive workshops, a guided factory tour and ‘live’ demonstrations of our equipment and “process modules” in Matcons' brand new test plant.
