Heavy Duty Weighbridge For Extra Mass Permit Vehicles
Accuweigh is to supply a special build weighbridge to Rocla’s Sand Quarry in Ellenbrook WA for weighing vehicles with extra mass permits.
Jeremy Hembrough from Accuweigh’s Perth branch sold this special build weighbridge that will complement the existing Accuweigh weighbridge to help relieve traffic congestion at this very busy sand operation. This new above ground weighbridge will be 28 metres x 3 m wide and fully galvanized to offset corrosion.
Jeremy worked closely with the client on this weighbridge project to ensure that the offered solution best meets with Rocla’s business needs in relation to the restricted space available and the ability for the weighbridge’s weighing electronics to be compatible with Rocla’s existing weighbridge software package.
The client will also be supplying the concrete for the weighbridge foundations, deck and approaches. This weighbridge installation is expected to be finalized early in 2008.
