High Speed Palletizer For Christmas Island Phosphates
Accuweigh’s Perth branch recently sold a Fuji-Ace high speed palletizer to Christmas Island Phosphates for palletizing bags of phosphate. A special need of this palletizing application required the palletizer to stack the bags onto rope slings for transportation by ship.
The Fuji-Ace EC-201 palletizer completes 1600 cycles per hour and comes complete with a pneumatically operated bag gripper assembly, energy conserving servo motors and a heavy duty support base. A control panel incorporates a multi-function user-friendly touch screen display and the palletizer is also supplied with a hand held ‘teaching box’ for ease of programming.
