CEMENT SAMPLING
Eight litres from 25 tonnes - It’s simple to take these eight litres from a road tanker. But is the withdrawn sample really representative of the full load? In daily practise samples are often taken only from the surface, so the resulting samples can rarely be seen as representative. Hence analysis shows deviations.
An average from top to bottom - The new sampler from GMP Sampling allowing fast sampling from road tankers, was especially designed for the cement industry. The sample is a real average from top to bottom with a sample size of approximately 8 litres from a bulk depth of 1.5 metres.
Easy handling - The open tube easily penetrates the product to the desired depth. When retracting, the patented valve is closed and the sample inside the tube can be withdrawn.
Application - The cement sampler is suitable for free flowing powders with a bulk weight of approximately 1 kg/litre.
