Impact Weighers to India
Adelaide manufacturer Flow Force Technologies celebrated another export success to India recently with the shipment of 6 combined impact weigher/samplers to Chennai, India for use in a mineral sands dry mill. This is Flow Force’s 3rd export Order to India in recent years.
Some of the features of the units supplied include:
a) built-in sweep sampler;
b) manual local or automatic remote operation of the sampler;
c) rated for hot mineral sand up to 120C;
d) tolerant to choking in the event of sand backing up into the weigher;
e) special test weight for checking calibration;
f) wear resistant design using simple but effective techniques.
Since the first Flow Force impact weighers were installed in the mineral sands industry in 1988 the company has enjoyed the continued approval of this and other minerals processing industries for their robust design, attention to detail and customer support.
Flow Force products have so far been exported to Canada, USA, Dominican Republic, New Zealand, Russia, Korea, China, Philippines, Malaysia, India and Mozambique.
According to Brian Lewis the future export success of the company will be determined by its ability to continue to provide client advantages using proven and new technology at competitive prices and this will mean staying abreast of the latest developments in electronic components, field bus technologies, abrasion-resistant materials etc.
