Gary’s career has propelled him from engineering roles in the mid-eighties, through Sales in the nineties, to today, as a General Manager steering multimillion-dollar sales and operations for an automotive metals manufacturer. With more than 20 years’ experience within the Toyota Group of companies, Gary has witnessed the significant progress that is made when management commits to encouraging innovation, and eliminating mediocrity. Gary will focus on a topic extremely relevant to executives and senior management.
