Large Form Fill Seal Machine on Display at AUSPACK 2009
Accuweigh will be displaying the ESSE GI F1200 – a Form Fill Seal machine (suitable for LARGE bags up to 50kg capacity) at stand number 136 in the dome at Auspack 2009.
Accuweigh was recently appointed as the Australian agent for the ESSE GI range of automatic Form Fill Seal machines from Europe. Esse GI has a complete series of Italian made Form Fill Seal machines that cover a wide range of products in various bag weights and volumes; from bags holding just a few grams up to large bags holding up to 50 kg of materials and at speeds of up to 2500 bags per hour.
Esse GI Form Fill Seal machines are suitable for all big bag filling operations:
1. FFS in-feed controlled by net weighing for free flowing products like short pasta, grains, biscuits, sugar, salt, etc.
2. FFS in-feed controlled by volumetric belt dosing for loose solid products like soil, bark, compost, etc.
ESSE GI automatic Form Fill Seal machines are capable of perfectly packaging any product, no matter what the properties – from foodstuffs to chemical products, granular products to small metal and plastic products. These Form Fill Seal machines have steel frames painted with two part epoxy paint but are also available in stainless steel on request.
