Liquid Filling Machines Installed for Chemicals Manufacturer

Liquid filling machines were recently installed for filling aggressive chemicals into drums by weight. Accuweigh’s Melbourne branch supplied and commissioned the dual head AccuPak liquid filling machine which is manufactured in 316 grade stainless steel.

The Accupak liquid filling machines use twin filling heads for increased drum throughput with the design being a bottom fill device that is certified for trade use. The liquid filler is used for filling five, ten and twenty litre drums with adjuvants and spray additives for the agricultural and turf industries.

The Accupak liquid filling machines are available in either single or dual head filling assemblies using either two or three filling stages for optimum accuracy and drum throughput. Stainless steel centrifugal pumps and appropriate seals are used and nozzles are supplied for most size containers with each drum filling machine.
