Manual Bagging Machine for Bagging Stockfeeds
A manual bagging machine was recently commissioned for filling open mouth bags with various stockfeeds for a Victorian client. The bagging machine is fully automatic in filling operation but requires an operator to manually place the bags onto the pneumatically operated bag clamp assembly.
The manual bagging machine uses a dual speed vibratory feeder for high weighing accuracy while maintaining fast bag throughput. Two heavy duty load cells provide the weight signals for a Ranger 5100 batching controller to regulate the filling process of the manual bagging machine.
The 5100 batch controller is ideal for bagging machine use as it provides detailed product reporting including target and actual bag weights, the number of bags filled, error percentage, operator details and total weight of each product used for stock control purposes.
The filled bags are then conveyed from the manual bagging machine to a bag sewing line using a Newlong automatic bag sewing machine mounted on a pedestal.
