Name Change for Australian Baldor
After more than 26 years in business, an icon of Australia’s motor and drives industry Australian Baldor, has undergone a name change. The new name of the company “Baldor Australia Pty Ltd” became effective 21st February 2008, and now reflects the naming convention of other Baldor international offices.
Baldor Australia Pty Ltd maintains the same ABN and head office Sydney address.
Baldor Electric Company completed the acquisition of Dodge and Reliance from Rockwell during January 2007. This brings together three of the most respected brands in the industry of Baldor, Dodge and Reliance.
