NEW MATROX® Family of Flow Promotion Liners for Bulk Materials Handling
Dotmar Engineering Plastic Products is currently the largest importer and distributor of thermoplastic stock shapes, machined plastic parts, polyurethane and conveyor components in in Australia & New Zealand. Dotmar is expanding it’s product offering to the bulk handling industries with the introduction of a new range of flow promotion liners.
MATROX® is a premium grade of UHMWPE sheet developed by Rochling©, in conjunction with Dotmar, for assisting to reduce typical flow problems of bulk solids. MATROX® Flow Promotion Liners combines the best surface friction qualities with abrasion resistance, promoting bulk material flow, whilst at the same time withstanding the abrasion from rugged applications. The commercial benefits of using MATROX ® is highly advantagous. When compared to steel, lining an existing bin with MATROX® is only about one third the cost, lower in weight and the MATROX® UHMWPE sheet reduces the load on the overall structure.
Every application, brings with it unique challenges and places special demands on the plastic lining materials. Changes in moisture and particle size can affect a product’s ability to flow. Traditional steel surfaces can become rough and corroded, causing materials to stick to the surface, thus causing blockages and reducing productivity. A NEW range of MATROX® materials, includes six distinctive grades, each tailored to different flow promotion lining applications.
