New MD for Donaldson Australasia
Environmental control, carbon neutral and dust filtration specialist Donaldson Australasia has appointed a new Managing Director to oversee operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The new appointee is Mr Roger J. Miller who began service in this role late in 2008.
Mr Miller has an 11 year history with Donaldson that has seen him slot into the senior leadership role in Australia and New Zealand operations.
He began with Donaldson as a human resources generalist working at the Donaldson Bloomington office in Minnesota, USA. After a year in the human resources department, Mr Miller moved to the operations side of business where he has held a number of plant management positions at various locations.
Mr Miller returned from the UK to become director of the company’s Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) aftermarket product in the USA in May 2004. In 2005, he assumed responsibility of the US Ultrafilter business – a role he held for the past three years.
He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Illinois where he also completed course work towards an MBA.
Experience in human resources, operations and business unit management provides a well rounded background that positions him well for success in Australia.
