New Product Introduction from Matcon – FlexiBatch-Micro
Matcon is delighted to introduce a new product to the wide range of powders handling solutions. FlexiBatch-Micro is an automatic formulation machine for very small components of a recipe – typically up to 10kg with accuracy of about 4g. Multiple raw-ingredients are stored in easily detachable polyethylene bottles which are moved to a single dosing point on a rotating carousel, then dosed according to recipe requirements.
Raw Material and Recipe data may be entered manually on the system or remotely via Ethernet. FlexiBatch-Micro may be supplied as a “stand-alone” product or integrated as part of a wider powders handling solution. Further details can be seen on the product brochure (FlexiBatch Micro Brochure)
This innovative and patented product was created by Arotech Engineering in the Netherlands, primarily for application in the Dutch bakery industry. With the help of Matcon’s global sales and support network the product will be applied to a wide range of industries.
