Palletiser Overcomes Labour Shortages For Aussie Organics
A palletiser was recently commissioned by Accuweigh’s Perth branch at the Aussie Organics plant in Serpentine, WA for palletising bags of fertilizers. The installation of the palletiser was necessary to compensate for labour shortages which were hindering the growth of the company.
A Fuji-Ace palletiser was commissioned to eliminate the need for 1-2 people to be manually moving heavy bags which was fast becoming an OH&S issue for the company. The palletiser now automatically stacks the 20kg & 35kg poly bags of organic fertilizer onto pallets.
The EC-101 palletiser from Fuji-Ace is highly efficient and provides the least expensive solution for meeting low to medium palletising requirements. This new generation of robot palletiser provides an ultra-quiet operation, improved efficiencies with maximum flexibility.
