Mixing Equipment
Chemplant High Efficiency Powder Mixers are available in 20 litre to 10,000 litre capacities. The unique design offers repeatable mixing performance and short mix times that create a homogeneous blend, regardless of particle size or density.
The Chemplant Mixers solve the problems of:
- Segregation during mixing
- Addition and dispersion of minor ingredients and liquids
- Heat generation during mixing cycles
Our range of mixers have little to no shear resulting in gentle mixing without heat and reduced wear rates of mixing components.
Shear can be added for those products which rely on the attrition of agglomerates. The added advantage of adding shear is that one mixer may be suitable for two entirely different applications simply by engaging or disengaging the shear making device.
Liquid addition, product shear and drive configurations are a number of the design options available.
Stainless steel test units in 60Lt and 85Lt capacities are also available to ensure your complete mixing applications are met.
Our mixers can be made from mild steel through to Stainless at any of our three manufacturing facilities, which include Australia, China and New Zealand and can be customised to meet your specific requirements.
