Foundry Sand reclamation is an important function of any foundry

Using a Low Level Vibratory Shakeout Lump breaker, fitted with a variable rating gate, enables the system to deliver from 2-20 tons of reclaimed sand per hour.
Using the Oli standard MVE range of vibrators, has given Warill the peace of mind and reliability that they are synonymous for throughout their global market.
Vibratory forces, provided by the Oli direct mounted, eccentric weight type vibratory motors, are
imparted upon the sand and lumps, thus ensuring a lump free reclaimed product ready for use.
The Eccentric weights are adjustable to increase or decrease the amplitude of the machine ensuring a smooth and consistent flow rate under the harshest conditions.
