RE80 Magnetic Separation Solutions

WJB Engineering offer a developed range of Magnetic Separation solutions, with successful installations are in place on dairy, flour and other powders.

All magnets offered are 10,000 gauss plus and are built to the demanding FSS6-1 specification using RE80 Rare Earth Magnet technology.

The range covers magnets for vacuum or blow lines, and rapid clean or self clean user friendly magnetic separator units for transfer chutes or for above bag filling, bulker filling or bulk out loading operations.

WJB Engineering’s experienced  engineers will propose an installation to suit your individual needs. A special auditing division of WJB carries out an endorsed testing service throughout Australia for calibration/validation of magnets.
