Robot Palletiser Installed At United Farmers WA Plant

In 2004, Budpak installed a complete bagging and palletising line for the Bibra Lake fertilizer plant of United Farmers in WA.

A Budpak net weigher was supplied with multiple filling attachments for use with the various container types to be filled (pails, valve bags, and cartons) which are then transferred to the Fuji-Ace EC-101 robot palletiser.

The Fuji robotic palletiser also has the capability for handling the various container types in use and competently stacks them uniformly onto pallets supplied from a Budpak automatic pallet dispenser.

From there, the completed pallets are transferred to an automatic stretch wrapper, then to the accumulation conveyor for removal by fork truck.

This Budpak turnkey filling and palletising system can handle between 700 - 900 containers per hour in sizes of 10, 25 & 40kg.
