Simple Sealing Solutions for Airlocks & Rotary Valves
MECO engineers have designed an effective solution for the unique sealing problems posed by airlocks and rotary valves handling dry powders. The “MECO-PAC” seal is designed to fit inside the stuffing box, replacing the packing, and is adjusted with the original packing gland follower.
The MECO-PAC can often be installed with no equipment modification. Once installed and adjusted, the MECO-PAC can provide years of leak-free operation with little or no maintenance.
The MECO-PAC is custom-engineered for service with a wide variety of products, including dry foods (especially sugars), abrasives and even hazardous and toxic materials.
