Spherical Blow Line Magnet Separator for Pneumatic Conveyed Food Products
WJB Engineering has over the last 10 years, been manufacturing a high intensity blow line magnet designed to extract weakly magnetic fragments from powdered ingredients in the food industry.
The MAGNATTACK™ Spherical Pneumatic blowline or vacuum line magnet offers efficient extraction of tramp iron – large, small, fine & rust as well as work hardened stainless steel fragments & magnetic stone particles using the RE80 10000 gauss technology.
This Spherical Pneumatic blowline or vacuum line magnet is aerodynamically designed to also allow for use in gravity out feed situations and on food products containing particulates up to 15mm with low resistance to flow. The MAGNATTACK™ Spherical Pneumatic blow line magnet is also well engineered to allow for easy and quick removal and re-seal of the magnetic element to allow for magnet cleaning efficiency.
The blow line magnet is easily installed using either flanges or Morris couplings & can be used on blowlines (lean phase) and vacuum lines up to 150mm in diameter.
WJB Engineering has recently supplied these units to key players in the dairy industry and has recently become preferred supplier for magnetic separation for New Zealand’s major Dairy processing outfit, through NZ Agent Aurora agencies process equipment.
