The Jindex Nozzle Valve
Developed for use underneath hoppers, the Jindex Nozzle Valve will continue to provide a positive shut off every time even as the sleeve wears. Therefore a blends weights and dosages are very consistant throughout the life of the sleeve.
The sleeves are made from blended wear resistant rubber compounds and can be made flexible or more solid, depending on client desires.
Jindex Nozzle Valves have been used under hoppers for truck filling applications, where an extended hose hs been supplied, which goes into the top of the truck and then discharges. This minimizes dust emission during powder transfer.
Jindex has a patented design where the valve stays inline even when the sleeve finally wears out. All that is replaced is the sleeve. This saves a lot of time as no electrics or pneumatics have to be removed.
