PowderHandling - Cancellation Policy
All registrations will be acknowledged by email on receipt of the registration form and the full amount will be immediately invoiced. PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR PLACE IS THEN CONFIRMED.
We know that things "come up" from time to time and there is a possibility that you may have to cancel, but you will appreciate that we have costs involved with the conference too.
If you cancel up to two weeks before the event, we will issue a refund minus a $50 administration fee. If you cancel less than two weeks, but more than seven days before the event, we will refund 50% of the fee and send you the seminar notes. If you cancel less than seven days from the event there is no refund and we will send you the notes.
If you would like to have someone attend the conference in your place, or transfer your registration fee as a credit towards any future PowderHandling events of the same or greater value, we are happy to make those changes, without a fee. Please contact our office to let us know how you would like to proceed.
All cancellations and changes MUST be notified in writing.
Failure to attend without any notification will result in the forfeit of the full conference fee.
PowderHandling reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events by giving notice in advance, in writing to registered attendees. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the limit of liability on PowderHandling will be the original fee. PowderHandling accepts no responsibility or liability for any other costs incurred by attendees for such expenses as pre booked travel arrangements.
Please note that the schedule and presenters are subject to change. If matters beyond our control require replacement presenters, every effort will be made to provide replacements of the same quality and experience.
