The model GPR 1100 offers a proprietary advanced galvanic sensor capable of oxygen analysis under 100 ppb. The instruments meet recognized intrinsic safety (approval pending) standards for use in Class 1, Division 1, Groups A-D hazardous areas. The housing provides a stainless steel sensor and quick release connections. Electronic functions include automated range, zero, calibration and system diagnostic functions. The portable unit operates on a rechargeable battery for 60 days after an overnight charge. An optional carrying case is available for the instrument.

Accuracy for the AII range of instruments is an impressive < 1% of FS range under constant conditions. This will ensure very precise process measurements – even at very low oxygen levels. Standard ranges appear as follows: 0-10 ppm, 0-100 ppm, 0-1000 ppm, 0-1%, 0-25%, FS ranges; auto-ranging or manually lock on a single range. Typical applications for the this instrument are Oxygen analysis from 0.05% (500 ppm) to 100% in inert, helium, hydrogen, mixed and acid (CO2) gas streams. Calibration is simple and cost-effective, performed by the use of a certified gas of O2 with a balance of N2. which approximates 80% of the range above analysis range recommended for optimum results.
